Dr. Mariam Malek will be offering a menu of shots without harmful preservatives. The menu includes B-vitamin shots, such as methylcobalamin (the active form of B12), vitamin E, vitamin D, calcium, magnesium, zinc, manganese, iron (conditions apply), MSM, carnitine, CoQ10, and three homeopathic remedies:

1. Engystol: a homeopathic immune shot used to prevent and treat allergies, sinusitis, asthma, fever, colds, and influenza. Engystol is safe for children over 7 years and the elderly
2. Spascupreel: a homeopathic muscle relaxer used to treat skeletal and smooth muscle spasms and pain.
3. Ubichinon compositum: a homeopathic energy booster, containing coenzyme Q10, helpful with degenerative diseases and the detoxification process.

Also on the menu is Lipotrovite, a formula that supports the liver in its metabolism of lipids, such as cholesterol and triglycerides.

Shot fees range from $10 - $20. Only cash is accepted for payment.
