Check-In

Body Beautiful Spa together with the technicians, therapists, nurses, and staff invite you to escape from life's daily pressures and responsibilities, if only for a little while, and use your time with us to reflect and relax. We want your experience to be enjoyable, uplifting, and relaxing. To enhance your experience we ask that you turn your cell phones and pagers off, and leave your worries at home.

Please arrive 10-15 minutes prior to your appointment. This will allow ample time to complete our required paperwork and prepare you for your services. A late arrival may make it necessary for us reduce the time we are able to spend on your first service.

Age Requirement

We do offer treatments and services to our clients who are under the age of 18, but a parent or guardian must co-sign all Waiver of Liability and Consent Forms, and must be present in the service room for any closed-door services.

This is your time to enjoy total relaxation and rejuvenate before returning to your busy life. While we love children, the various equipment and products used for your treatments are simply not safe for children.

Cancellation Policy

We at Body Beautiful Spa respect your valuable time by doing our very best to make sure that all of your services begin on schedule. In order to do this, each service is booked in advance with the appropriate technician. We do not double-book. We understand that unexpected things do happen, however, our technicians are paid on a commission basis. We ask that you respect their time as much as we respect yours, and that you take appropriate responsibility for the appointments you make.

If you must cancel, please phone the spa at least one business day (24 hours) prior to your appointment for services. We will be happy to cancel and/or reschedule your appointment. You may call during business hours or you may leave a message after hours. We will return your call as soon as possible. If you wait until the day of your appointment to phone the spa to cancel your reservation, we reserve the right to charge you 50% of the cost of your booked services. If you do not phone to cancel and you do not show up for your appointment, we reserve the right to charge you 100% of the cost of your booked services. When you make your appointment with us, we may ask for a credit card or applicable gift card number to secure your appointment. These will only be used in the event that a late cancellation or no-show charge is warranted.
